Return policy

1. Seller information

Returns will only be accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or does not match the description agreed upon at the time of purchase. The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to request a return for these reasons.
To begin the process, the customer must provide proof of the product's condition (photographs or video) and contact customer service through the provided channel. Once the problem has been verified, the return or refund will be processed.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than damage, defects, or shipping errors.

2. How to request a refund

Write to us at support@biohackersgroup.com with:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• We will reply with the instructions.

3. Return cost

If the product arrived defective or incorrect: we cover the costs.

4. Refunds

We will refund your money within a maximum of 7 days from when we receive the product and check its condition.
